This is zoom replay access for my wrist work manipulation silk fan tech zoom class.
This is a 2 hour workshop replay where we dove DEEP into the heart of silk tech!
Wrist manipulation is how we as silk fan artist can take our silks to the Techy side, where tech fans would usually have grip changes, we use our wrist flexibility to take us there.
Going over my wrist stretching exercises for you to have the tools to build up your strength and flexibility. We then start to explore both open and closed fan tech work really emphasizing on wrist work, swivels, oscillations and so much more to give you a solid foundation while keeping things fluid.
We ended this class in a choreographed sequence to help you tie everything together.
